Birthday Party FAQ



1. Do I need to bring plates, cups, drinks, etc.?

Andy Alligator’s will provide plates, plastic-ware, cups, and napkins. If you’re having a themed birthday party and would like to bring in your own decorations, please let us know before your party.

2. Can I come in and set up/decorate for my child’s birthday party early?

There is no guarantee that you will be able to get in to your room early. However, in most cases, our guests can enter the room 5 minutes prior to the party.

3. Can I bring in outside food or drinks?

No outside food or drink with the exception of a birthday cake, cupcakes, cake pops, or cookies.

4. Can I bring balloons, treat bags, Silly String, confetti, or a piñata for my child’s birthday party?

Of these items listed above, you may only bring balloons and/or treat bags.  Silly String, confetti, and piñata's are not allowed.  We do offer piñata's, balloons, and treat bags as optional add-ons for your party.

5. Can I make substitutions to my child’s birthday package?

Package prices are all-inclusive, and, in order to provide the smoothest, most-seamless party for your child, we don’t allow substitutions.

6. I do not want to pay for a birthday party package. Can I rent/reserve a table in the café?

Andy Alligator’s does not rent or reserve individual café tables. However, you are welcome to choose a table on a first come, first served basis to have your party. For the convenience of all our guests, we ask that you do not “hold” tables not in use.  Furthermore, tables may only be used for one hour.  Please note that piñatas and outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the park.  If you anticipate your party to be larger than 25 people, please contact our Group Sales Coordinator at (405) 321-7275 ext.202 for Group Sales information.

7. How do I reserve a birthday party?

Customers may reserve a birthday party online or over the phone. In order to book your party online, click on the link at the top of our website’s home page. If you wish to book your birthday party over the phone, please contact one of our birthday party specialists at (405) 321-7275. We ask for three days notice when booking a birthday party; however, if you are unable to give three days notice, you will need to book your birthday party in person or over the phone.

8. Who is included in the package?

Only the children and/or adults that you wish to participate in our park’s attractions or arcade as a part of the package are included. You may order extra pizzas, soda, etc. for your extra guests at the time of your party.

10. Is there a deposit required to book a birthday party?

Yes, there is a $50 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your birthday party. The deposit is transferable should you choose to reschedule your birthday party.  The deposit will be applied to the final cost of your birthday party.

11. What if we need more time in the room?

You may purchase the room for more time. It is $75 for each additional 1 1/2 hours and it is always subject to availability. If there is no availability, or if you do not wish to purchase the room, you are welcome to use our café and/or our outdoor patio on a first come, first served basis. For the convenience of all our guests, we ask that you do not “hold” tables not in use. 

12. What is an attraction pass?

An attraction pass is a pass that may be used to ride one of our attractions. The pass may be used for Go-Karts, Climbing Wall, Bumper Cars, Miniature Golf, Laser Tag or Frog Hopper. Attraction passes are good for one ride on one attraction.
